    Calculus M408K

    Calculus M408L

    Calculus M408K/L/M

    M 408K/408L/408M is a three-semester treatment of the techniques used in differential and integral calculus of functions of one or more variables. The prerequisite for M 408K is four years of high school mathematics and a Mathematics Level I or IC Test score of at least 520, or M 305G with a grade of at least C. The prerequisite for M 408L is either M 408K or M 408C with a grade of at least C. The prerequisite for M 408M is M 408L with a grade of at least C. Each course has three lecture hours with regular faculty members and two discussion meetings with teaching assistants per week. Only one of the following may be counted: M 403L, 408D, 408M.
    M 408K/408L FINAL EXAMINATIONS will be held during the regular final examination period, but not necessarily according to the index of final examination times printed in the course schedule.Tests during the semester will be administered in the evenings.
    M308L/M is a sequence which primarily serves transfer students and will be replaced by M408L/M.
