Boundary Harnack inequalities (BHI) have been studied by many people over the last years. Assumptions were relaxed more and more. One might think that for nonlocal operators (BHI) is easier to be proved than for local operators. It would be interesting to see an example of a decent nonlocal operator where BHI fails. |
