Boundary Harnack inequalities (BHI) have been studied by many people over the last years. It would be interesting to see an example of a non-degenerate nonlocal operator where BHI fails.

That is true. The article is stub now. As of yet, there isn't an example where BHI holds either. ([[User:Luis|Luis]] 16:56, 16 February 2012 (CST))
Boundary Harnack inequalities (BHI) have been studied by many people over the last years. Assumptions were relaxed more and more. One might think that for nonlocal operators (BHI) is easier to be proved than for local operators. It would be interesting to see an example of a decent nonlocal operator where BHI fails.
