This is a postscript file generated with "dvips" from a
silicon-graphics ".dvi" file.  The original LaTeX files (three files)
are available from R. Fernandez [Email:  fernandez@eldpa.epfl.ch].
However, these files include diagrams drawn using the "picture"
environment that have been observed not to be totally
machine-independent.  The postscript file, on the other hand, seems to
print well.
