The following PostScript-file was created out of a Latex-source.
But, unfortunately, it was no good distributing this Latex-text 
because there are 22 figures which have to be bound in (as PostScript
files), which occupy the main part of storage; so there would be no
advantage in splitting everything up into different pieces...
Nevertheless we tried to keep the size of this file as small as possible
by reducing the quality of the pictures. This way, all included figures
have mere "Fax-quality" (72dpi) so they really look a little bit poor,
but we think it will be still possible to grasp everything that we want
to say; if there should be problems with this file (or the contents(?!)),
or if there should be the need of having text or pictures in other formats,
