To decode, you need uudecode,
GNU gzip and tar, type
uudecode diracbkw.uue
gzip -d diracbkw.tgz
tar xvf diracbkw
This should create a directory named diracbkw. Now, launch netscape or
your favorite webbrowser and open the file diracbkw/diracbkw.html.
