[Maxima] $%e/_to/_numlog?

I notice that risch.lisp has $%e/_to/_numlog, and it appears only to
be used there.

I think that must be some typo, and it is really the documented
maxima variable %e_to_numlog.

Any one know?  Version 1.1 has $%e/_to/_numlog, so if it's a typo,
it's been there for a long time.
