[Maxima] release schedule for Maxima 5.12.0

Hello,

I would like to tag a branch in cvs for Maxima 5.12.0 on April 1,
with a release following some weeks later.

If a developer would like to squeeze something into the next
release, I believe now is the time to do that. Squeezing things in
after the branch is tagged delays the release ....

Vadim -- is this schedule convenient for you?
