[Maxima] how to obtain and export data

Hi, every one

I have a very complicated expression and want to obtain the data at given
points then export to a file.

Assume the function is
exp:f(x)
how can I compute  f(x) from x=0 to x=10 with step 0.01?

When obtaining the data, which commands will save them to a file, such as
data.dat?

I just transfered from mathematica under windows to maxima under linux. The
commands are quite different.
