[Maxima] Plotting 3D vectors?

dear Thomas,

google for 'wiki CAS Maxima', you find a link to Maxima.
Using the windows installer from Maxima project page (ca. 22 MB) you will find gnuplot 4.2
and wxMaxima 0.72 automaticly included. You can use your old version too, if you install
Maxima 5.12 in another directory.

and proceed, as Mario told you.
