[Maxima] 64bits, 32 for car, 32 for cdr

Do anybody knows whether a 64 bits Lisp use pointers for the cons with
32 bits for the car and 32 bits for the cdr.

  This should speed up symbolic computation by a factor of 1.5 (guessing)
