[Maxima] WMI2 has been released

The bug reports should be sent to us through the tracking facility on
http://wmi.sf.net/2/bugs --- thank you for reporting any issues!
Please note that WMI2 is not intended for typing any commands: it will be
used mainly by children and students, such people who probably even don't
speak English and cannot control computer algebra systems by statements nor
using rigorous syntax. :-)
