[Maxima] units.mac temperature conversion

 From wxMaxima the new ezunits package seems to be working.

(%i1) load(ezunits);
(%o1) C:/PROGRA~1/MAXIMA~1.0/share/maxima/5.13.0/share/contrib/ezunits/ezunits.mac

(%i8) 0 ` degC ` K, numer;
(%o8) 273.15 ` K

Maybe there will be one less reason for me to use commercial maxima.
