Umm, I'm pretty sure that we don't want to commit everything in
the htdocs directory to CVS. There are a lot of generated files;
those should not be committed. There are some files which are
obsolete; those neither. Let's clean up htdocs before commiting
more stuff to CVS.

The one comment about the website content as shown in the tarball
which you sent the other day is that there is a release page which
duplicates the SF release page. I very strongly recommend against
redundant content.
