[Maxima] clean build fails, trouble with doc/info/pt_BR.utf8

Yeah, it wasn't tagged for some reason.
I managed to convince cvs to tag it, now it's there.

So now there is a different problem. bootstrap and configure are
happy, and make dist-gzip goes for a long time but eventually
barfs out this error message in the imaxima directory:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `distdir'.  Stop.

make dist-gzip succeeds on my desktop box (the above is on
a different host). Can anyone hazard a guess about this?
