[Maxima] Install Failure in today's CVS

I just tried to update to today's CVS.  I ran bootstrap and configure
did make clean, make all, make check.  All went as expected with no
errors.  However when I tried make install I get:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target
`contrib/maximaMathML/load-mathml.lisp', needed by `install-datafiles'.
Stop.

(In additionally, I get a bunch of warnings about duplicate anchors in
various .texi files).
