[Maxima] integral of 1/(x^4+3*x^2+1) fails

It's a bug, I think it's better to submit it to the SF tracker.
BTW Maxima is able to factor x^4+3*x^2+1. To factor a polynomial over the
Gaussian integers, use "gfactor" instead of "factor":
gfactor(x^4+3*x^2+1) => (x^2-%i*x+1)*(x^2+%i*x+1)
itegrate doesn't handle 1/(x^4+3*x^2+1), but it does handle
