[Maxima] XML package and MathML

Hello,

    FYI, I've recently started to implement a MathML-to-Maxima converter 
using the XML processor I proposed last year:

    Such a processor is important because it allows to load any XML 
document (whereas the MathML package currently in the contrib directory 
may fail on valid XML document). For the moment, only a small set of 
Content MathML is implemented (a test file is tests/simple.mml) but I 
hope to improve it this summer.
