I have posted the copying notice on my webpage:
--------------------
"COPYING AND DISTRIBUTION POLICY FOR CHAPTER PDF FILES.

NON-PROFIT PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE CHAPTER PDF FILES IS PERMITTED.

You may make copies of the chapter pdf files and distribute them to others
as long as you charge no more than the costs of printing. These notes (with
some modifications) will be published in book form eventually via Lulu.com
in an arrangement which will continue to allow unlimited free download of
the pdf files as well as the option of ordering a low cost paperbound
version of these notes."
------------------
In addition I have put a similar notice inside ch 5 pdf at present and will
update the other chapter pdf files.
I have also added to info for qdraw.mac on the webpage as:
----------------
"The text file qdraw.mac is free software: you can redistribute it and/or
modify it under the terms of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE, Version 2, June
1991, as published by the Free Software Foundation. For more information see
the copyright notice at the top of the file."
-------------------
I notice that the G. Urroz pdf files of class notes have a copyright notice
on the
bottom of each page. Am I correct in assuming that that notice on each page
would tend to inhibit copying and distribution?
-------------
My goal is to encourage the maximal dispersal of tutorials by any means.
