[Maxima] Sage VM Ware

Sage requires VMWare on Windows since much of the software that Sage
depends on does not build on Windows.  We're working on changing that
though.  The first step which should be done within a few weeks is to
get a Cygwin version of Sage for Windows.  The plan is by the end of
the year to have a native version of Sage on Windows bulit with MSVC.
But, 5 million lines is a lot of code to port so it will take some
time :-)
