[Maxima] History of Macsyma

Hello Ray,

thank you very much for the link. 

It is very interesting for me to learn more about the history of macsyma.
Because I have worked on the integrator I have already studied the thesis of
Joel Moses to get the main ideas of the implemented algorithm. Very helpful are
the comments in the code too. I think most of them are by you.
