Well, it's my development box & 19c is the most recent binary that I could find.
I struggled with CMUCL's build system once; couldn't figure it out,
and too lazy to try it again. Sorry about that.

It isn't necessary for anyone else to try to target my ancient system;
I'm just trying to get it to work (while not breaking it for other systems).
