[Maxima] verb and noun forms

 Why just don't use ":" to get different meaning ?

     For example   :integrate = noun form,
                             integrate = verb form

  This way you can define a simplification rule like 

 (push  *noun-values-for-function*  '(:sin 0 0))  

 or something like that.
