[Maxima] Problems with sftp

Hi,

I have built the pdf of the Spanish manual for version 5.17, but I have
problems connecting to sourceforge:

$ sftp riotorto at shell.sourceforge.net:/home/groups/m/ma/maxima/htdocs
Connecting to shell.sourceforge.net...
riotorto at shell.sourceforge.net's password: 
Request for subsystem 'sftp' failed on channel 0
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer


Is there another way for doing this?


By the way, what's the command to generate the English pdf version?

texi2pdf maxima.texi

doesn't work with version 5.17.1, but works fine with current cvs.
