[Maxima] hgfred also orthopoly?

My excuse for not putting any documentation for hgfred is that I never
felt hgfred was ready for that.  hgfred should be buried inside the
simplifier for hypergeometric functions.  But Maxima has no support for
hypergeometric functions.  Hence, no documentation.

Anyway, that's my excuse.
