[Maxima] Yet More issues with today's cvs-head

I've checked out the head revision today, tried to biuld it, and got the
same error.

sh bootstrap
./configure --prefix=/home/gutierrez/maxima
make
make install //Error - no rule to make target 'colnew/bv_ode.mac'
