Thanks for offering to help with the translation.
In order to work on the translation, first you need a Sourceforge login.
If you don't have one already you can get one by registering at:
http://sourceforge.net

Then I can add your login to the list of developers.
We use CVS for revision control. If you are not familiar, there are
various tutorials on the web.
The reference manual is written in Texinfo, which is a mark-up
language somewhat similar to TeX.

Tell me when you have a Sourceforge login and we'll go from there.
