[Maxima] More integrals with laplace

thank you for your response. I am always happy when I can contribute additional
mathematic to Maxima.
What I really like is, that laplace not only can do some more integrals with
special functions, but that the build in simplifications, changes of
representations or expansions for the special functions work very nice to get
the results of the integration.
There is a lot of further work which could be done and it is sometimes difficult
to decide where to begin.

That's awesome, Dieter. I've said it before but I'll say it again ---
Thanks a lot for all your work on Laplace transforms.
