[Maxima] Maxima not able to solve an integral, but I think it did before

Well, what I remember is that some code was introduced in February
so 5.17 doesn't have, and, for whatever reason, 5.18 cannot solve the
integral either. So I guess I'll try to pull from CVS as it was on, say,
March 1.
