[Maxima] [sage-devel] elliptic_e(0.5, 0.1) differs from Mathematica 7 by about 0.04%.

Could you perhaps quote for us the DoD requirements?  (and who requires 
them).

 I have never heard such a statement before, and wonder about the 
context for this, as well as whether there are other requirements.
