[Maxima] Uploading files to phpBB

I did the following multiple times:
-click on 'Upload attachment'
-choose file, then Add the file
-After it's uploaded I clicked 'Place inline'
-submit the post

if I preview the post it looks correctly with the link to attached file
After the post is submitted, the link miraculously disappears, only  
the filename remains...
