Would CCL (Clozure Common Lisp) work? The website says it works on
windows/linux/mac. I haven't run ccl in years, but it's a full CL with
commercial support. You can get download free versions which, I think,
are not crippled in any way.
I assume CFFI works with CCL, but I haven't looked.
