[Maxima] OpenMCL and CCL

It seems that openmcl is now known as ccl (Clozure Common Lisp), I propose that configure should be changed.  Wherever we had openmcl, we should accept ccl.  So, --with-openmcl becomes --with-ccl and so on.  For backward compatibility, the openmcl options should (probably?) be left as is.
