[Maxima] Stability of the version 5.19post

Hi.

1. I have question about stability of the current Maxima's version 5.19post.
My work is related to computer algebra system: update and create packages
related to solving of equations and inequations, calculation of domain of
the algebraic expression, interval arithmetic. I develop and use it our
project.
Could you tell me about the choice between version 5.19.2 and 5.19post?
Which version is better for development?

2. How to add my packages in version 5.19.2 in maxima/share directory? It is
important to build the whole system with new packages in share directory.
