[Maxima] linel in maxima-init.lisp

(setq $linel 1000) isn't enough -- the Lisp variable linel
(no dollar sign) also needs to be set. linel:1000 in Maxima
code causes both variables to be assigned.

Try putting linel:1000$ in your maxima-init.mac and cut out
the (setq $linel ...) in maxima-init.lisp.
