REGISTRATION
Although there is no registration fee for the conference, we would be grateful if you could complete the following quick registration form. The deadline for registration is April 25th.

In addition, there will be a banquet in honor of Andrew Casson on the evening of Tuesday May 20th at the U.T. Club. The cost of the banquet will be $25 per person (which includes meal, coffee and wine). There will also be a cash bar.

So that we may estimate the number of people who wish to attend the banquet, please send an email to banquet@math.utexas.edu which includes in the subject line of the email the number of people in your party.

For graduate students and postdocs wishing to apply for support please indicate by checking the box.
