About Me
I am currently a 5th year PhD student in the Mathematics Department at the University of Texas at Austin. My adviser is Björn Engquist and I was a member of the RTG Analysis group. My research interests include multiscale modeling, inverse problems, computational harmonic analysis and image processing.

Teaching
In Spring 2013, I am a TA for for M310: Plan II Honors Modern Mathematics.
In Fall 2012, I was the coordinator for Saturday Morning Math Group.
In Fall 2011, I was an assistant instructor for M316K: Foundations of Arithmetic.
In Fall 2009, I was a supplemental instructor for M408C: Differential Calculus.
In Fall 2008, I was a teaching assistant for M408L: Integral and Differential Calculus.

(In other semesters, I was supported by the NSF RTG grant or a graduate research assistantship.)

Math + fun
In the summer of 2013, I will travel to Asia again as part of the NSF EAPSI program in Beijing, China.
In Spring 2013, I helped organize the first UT Austin Sonia Kovalevsky High School Mathematics Day (group photo).
In Fall 2012, I was a mentor for the Intellectual Entrepeneurship program.
Since January 2011, I have been a helper for Saturday Morning Math Group.
In Spring 2012, I organized the Junior Numerical Analysis seminar.
In the summer of 2011, I traveled to Asia as part of the NSF EAPSI program (photos) in Taipei, TW.
In May 2010, I participated in the IAS Women and Mathematics program on sparsity and its applications in Princeton, NJ.
In the summer of 2010, I participated in the Park City Mathematics Institute summer program on image processing in Park City, UT.
In the summer of 2009, I worked on the HyspIRI mission as an intern at the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, CA.
