If you want some more explanation of the number theory concepts in Chapter 4, check out my Number Theory Notes. Most
of this just rehashes what was done in Chapter 4, but it does it in eight pages, and I think maybe the organization is
a bit easier to follow, which may help some of you. Also, there are several worked examples.
