The Texas Algebraic Geometry Symposium is a joint event organized by Rice University, Texas A&M University, and the University of Texas at Austin. This conference aims to bring to a regional audience the latest developments in Algebraic Geometry, interpreted in its broadest sense.

All are welcome to participate, and funding is available (especially for graduate students and postdocs). There are no registration fees, and all participants are required to register, regardless of whether they apply for support. Graduate students, junior faculty, women, minorities and persons with disabilities are especially encouraged to participate and apply for funding.

TAGS is generously supported by the National Science Foundation and the UT Austin Mathematics Department.
