           Ch.  7: Systems of 1st Order Linear Equations           (2 days)
           Ch.  6: The Laplace Transform                           (3 days)
           Ch. 10: Partial Diff. Equations and Fourier series      (6 days)

GRADING:  Letter grades  (A,A-,B+,...,D-,F)  will be given for | 88 - 91 B+
-------   each exam, but number grades  (100,99,..,2,1,0) will | 84 - 87 B
          be kept for averaging.  The course grade is obtained | 80 - 83 B-
          by averaging the number grades of the 3 exams and of | 76 - 79 C+

HOMEWORK  will be assigned on Tuesdays  and collected one week | 64 - 67 D+
