Abstract. In this paper, we study the scattering amplitude for the Schr dinger equation with constant magnetic field. If the electric potential and the magnetic field have the same strength $b$, the behavior when $b$ goes ton infinity is semi-classical. Under a non-trapping condition we approximate the scattering amplitude by a pseudo-differential operator.
