The workshop will be held at The University of Texas at Austin. Events will take place on campus. This map shows all locations of the events.
Participants will stay in San Jacinto Residence Hall on campus.

Participants will be given means for eating during the week that will cover most meals during the day. Currently, dinners are planned for Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday night. Participants will be responsible for their own dinner on Monday and Wednesday evening.
Please let Kati Pelletier know if you will be driving in for the conference (or renting a vehicle while in Austin) so that she can ensure you have a parking garage entrance card issued. If you have a handicap accessible permit, please bring your state issued permit or, if your state includes the permit on your license plate, bring a letter stating you are eligible for a permit and she will make sure you have equivalent access at UT.
The average June day in Austin has a high of around 90 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Participants are encouraged to check the local weather prior to traveling.
Participants will stay in suite-style rooms with private baths. Each room also includes a 13” television, a clock radio, a mini-fridge and microwave, and an individual thermostat.
